Free webinar to focus on waterborne pathogens

Water Education Alliance for Horticulture webinars deal with grower water issues

The second in a series of online water quality and recycling webinars is scheduled for Sept 17 at 2 p.m. EST. The free webinar will focus on the “Biology of Waterborne Pathogens.” It will be presented by Univ. of Mass. plant pathologist Rob Wick. The 30-minute live presentation will feature both new research and practical guidelines.
The four webinar series aims to help growers successfully manage water quality issues and recycle irrigation water. The series is co-sponsored by the Water Education Alliance for Horticulture, OFA, the Florida Nursery Growers and Landscape Association, the Society of American Florists and the Horticultural Research Institute of ANLA.
